This includes a one-hour comprehensive review of patent claims based on the claims and/or application and a 30-minute optional meeting to discuss any specific concerns.
You will receive a written opinion that may include corrections and/or suggestions related to lack of novelty, obviousness, inadequate description, breadth of patentability, and strength of claims.

Fill out an Engagement/Non-Disclosure Agreement. This confirms your request for review and also protects your client’s, your company’s, or your own ideas.
